MEET OUR INCREDIBLY TALENTED SAPA STAFF 

Mrs. Ady  Director, Lead Dance Teacher, Choreographer

Mrs. Ady is Studio A's Owner and Director, a faith based christian, dance girl mama, and loving wife . She is a talented Dance Teacher with extensive experience teaching in Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Song and Dance and all Ballet genres. Adyson delivers strong performances and perfects routines to meet detailed expectations. She is an enthusiastic professional who works hard to master challenging dances and skills. Choreographing a variety of original dance routines according to skill level and performance plans. Adyson's dance background includes 19 years of dance performance in competitive and recreational dancing, recital planning, performance management and classroom instruction. Mrs. Ady holds many Title Winnings in various divisions, Top Entertainment Awards, is a 3x World Championship Title Holder in the New Jersey's World Pageant, with more competitive achievements gained throughout her performing career. Adyson has trained being a Power Pak Performer, performed in downtown Disney World and participated in StarPower's Dance Force for 6 years where she trained under world renowned choreographers and instructors including Tina-Marie Holland, Twitch, Joan Crawford and more. Mrs. Ady competitively cheered for 7 years gaining discipline, team sportsmanship and physical fitness techniques. She holds 3 NCAA Cheer World Championships under Ms. Fran Chester. Adyson auditioned for SouthEast Missouri University’s Dance Program in 2018 and received elite college scholarships for a BFA in Dance with a minor in Child Education. There she joined the sorority Alpha Delta Pi, which gave her an opportunity in working with the Ronald McDonald Charity Houses - a cause that lays very personally in her heart. Growing up in the dance industry as a daughter of the dance teacher gave her another place to call home, always being at the studio. A place where she met forever friends, built self confidence, worked as a team leader, used real life problem solving skills, and gained an entire dance community. Assisting at Sue Ann’s Dance Factory as an Assistant Dance Teacher until the closure in 2020, when she started her own dance studio - Studio A Performing Arts. As the dance world is continuously improving and growing, Mrs. Ady involves herself in proficient and expert programs, teacher intensives, and online study courses yearly and strives to network with fellow dance instructors to provide the best well-rounded dance training in the area. Adyson is passionate about instilling a love of dance in children, as well as techniques and strength for long-term benefits.

Miss Chloe Assistant Dance Teacher

Miss Chloe is Studio A's Assistant Dance Teacher in our recreational and competitive class areas. Chloe is an energetic teacher with highly attainable knowledge of various styles of dance. Offering 8-year background in dance and assists the head dance teacher by demonstrating techniques, observing students' movements and maintaining organization. She is well-versed in assisting with performance events, choreography, maintaining student records and accurately completing administrative tasks such as taking class attendance. Chloe is someone who is a motivational and encouraging individual possessing a high quality communication and time management skills paired with excellent leadership abilities. Miss Chloe is an outgoing team player committed to bridging community through music, dance and fitness. She started dance in 2012 at the age of 7 years old, and shortly after she became a competitive dancer after joining. She found a true passion for the creative arts and the feeling that dance brings to the dancer. Working with highly trained professionals during StarPower's Dance Force program and cultivating proper technique during various master classes with professional choreographers. Miss Chloe loves to support and motivate each dancer while assisting in all areas of dance. She is eager to provide a loving, energetic space where all dancers can be themselves and receive positive reinforcement.

Ms. Alyssia Technique and Combo Dance Teacher

Ms. Alyssia is a follower in Christ & a proud girl mama. She’s blessed to be holding work positions in all of her passions which include Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, & Dance Instruction/Choreography. 

Alyssia began her dance journey at the age of 5 & started competitively dancing shortly after. She has many national & regional title holdings ranging from Top Entertainer, Teen Dancer of the Year, Miss Dance America, Miss Nexstar, & more. She has also received professional training from high performing artists such as Matt Steffanina- music producer, Brian Friedman from So You Think You Can Dance, Samantha Long- founder of The Treat in Los Angeles, Mike Minery- World Tap Campion, & more. Alyssia also attended The Governor’s School for the Arts which is an exclusive three week program for young artist in the area of Kentucky. GSA taught her fascinating skills and gave her opportunities to receive college scholarships she wouldn’t have gotten the chance to apply for without the program. She studied at Western Kentucky University with a double major in Dance & Early Childhood Education with a minor in Arts administration. She’s extremely proud of her achievements in regards to her performing days, but she’s even more proud she obtains an instructing + choreography career to the students around her. She started assisting in different surrounding studios by the age of 14, so instructing & choreography is something she has years of experience in too. 

Alyssia is well motivated in bringing creativity & enjoyment into the studio. Alyssia teaches all genres of dance technique, private lessons, & also has 3+ years experience in teaching musical theatre. 

Ms. Alyssia gives all the praise to the Lord for gifting her with this talent & these professional connections. She is beyond happy to be sharing her appreciation for the art form with the students at SAPA!

Ms. Sue Ann Dance Teacher and Choreographer 

Ms. Sue Ann is a Retired Dance Director, Owner, and Teacher at Sue Ann's Dance Factory of 31 years. She is a highly experienced Choreographer talented in all genres, managing instruction and support for multiple dancers. Ms. Sue Ann is proficient in posture, technique, rhythm and steps. She is a friendly and upbeat communicator with deep passion for helping dancers to build solid foundation of skillful dance technique. Ms. Sue Ann began dancing at age 3 training in tap, ballet, acrobats, and baton. Later she added Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Pointe, Musical Theatre, Pom Pom, Celtic Tap, and Vocal. Ms. Sue Ann studied under Ms. Joan Crawford, Penny Doucet, Rogelio Rodriguez (Houston TX Ballet Company Principle), as well as Dance Unlimited in Louisville, KY. She began working in the dance industry in 1981 when she opened her doors in Mayfield, being the number 1 studio in the area for 31 years. Ms. Sue Ann has won countless "Top Choreography" awards in every genre, but her favorite achievements are the "Top Entertaining" Awards. She trains her dancers with the same style of the New York Ballet Company, and has had several dancers go into careers in New York and France. Retiring in 2020 from her dance studio, Sue Ann's Dance Factory, and she still actively engages in the dance industry as an assistant teacher with SAPA, competition judge, and SAPA choreographer.

Mrs. Maddie  Dance Teacher Assistant

Mrs. Maddie is Studio A's assistant dance teacher in recreational classes! Maddie is a newly wed and graduated Western Kentucky Community and Technical College in May of 2023. Mrs. Maddie is a former dancer of eight years with experience in various styles and different techniques. Maddie was apart of a competition dance team for 5 years and also has won a state competition in Art. Mrs. Maddie brings quality to our dance classes as she is a vibrant dance teacher, patient, hardworking, and highly creative. She is a talented dancer with extensive experience performing in front of live audiences. Mrs. Maddie is skilled in balance with excellent memorization and retention of choreography. She is highly collaborative and works well under pressure. Mrs. Maddie is organized and a dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Her willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals is unbeatable! Mrs. Maddie encourages Studio A dancers and motivates them to be the best that they can be, in and out of the dance studio!

Ms. Kayla Lead of Fundraising 

Ms. Kayla is a proven leader and well-rounded expert in fundraising and organizational development. Enthusiastic about supporting each dancer and reaching their financial requirements for competing at various regional and national competitions throughout each season. Accomplished in working with corporate leaders to receive sponsorships and initiate event programs. Strives to involve our dancers in community outreach initiatives. Previous Chair of Fundraising at Sue Ann's Dance Factory for 5 years, gaining dance industry experience and networking with local businesses. Joining our SAPA family in 2022 as our Lead Fundraising for our competitive traveling team where she organizes events, communicates to our dancers and businesses, and ensures funds raised are stewarded appropriately.
